- Standard USPS shipping rate is $6 flat per order
- FREE local porch pickup in Helena, Alabama and Hueytown, Alabama.

Turnaround Time & Shipping
When you purchase from a preorder or a thread sale, there is always an "ETA" posted for those items. Turnaround times on these types of items vary per thread/sale. They can range from same week to 4-5 months out. Those dates are an estimate of when those items will be shipped TO TINY TOTS CHILDREN'S CLOTHING, not to the customer. Once we receive the order from the vendor, we process and send to customers within 5 working days. These ETA's are given to Tiny Tots Children's Clothing by the vendor and are out of our control. If an order is delayed or cancelled, we will notify all buyers. Please make sure you check our social media pages for all order updates and email hello@tinytotschildrensclothing.com for any order questions.
At this time we do not offer rush shipping. We ship first class with USPS. Once your package leaves Tiny Tots Children's Clothing, we are no longer responsible for your items. This includes delays in delivery, damaged items (due to USPS-not Tiny Tots Children's Clothing), and lost or stolen packages. It is the customers responsibility to contact USPS with any issues you may have regarding your package. You can find your shipping tracking number on your account under "orders".
When placing an order with Tiny Tots Children’s Clothing, you are agreeing to not hold Tiny Tots Children’s Clothing liable for any delays in receiving or shipping your paid for items as a result of inclement weather, an act of God, a worldly pandemic, or any natural disasters that are out of our control.
IF your address changes prior to shipping, it is your responsibility to contact us at hello@tinytotschildrensclothing.com to request a change of address. If your package is returned or lost due to shipping to the old address you will be responsible for new shipping fees.

Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not offer returns or exchanges, unless it is an error on the part of Tiny Tots Children's Clothing (ie: we misspelt your child's name on the shirt you ordered but you submitted it correctly). All items purchased from Tiny Tots Children's Clothing are final sale.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately by emailing us at hello@tinytotschildrensclothing.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
After 7 days of receiving your products, Tiny Tots Children's Clothing is not responsible for any rips, holes, tears, etc, that are due to manufacturer defect.

- Spot treat any stains as usual, you can use bleach, peroxide, blue dawn, messy mouths, etc.
- Turn item inside out before washing
